Two superb Tom Fazio core golf courses are the heart of Berkeley Hall. “Core Golf,” according to Fazio, “is far better for the designer, the homeowner, and the golfer. It’s pure golf—without the intrusion of interior streets and homes, without long walks between greens and tees. It feels like a walk in the park rather than a ride through a crowded subdivision.

Berkeley Hall’s North Course features dramatic elevation changes and an open coastal landscape framed by seaside grasses. Beautiful water features and bold, strategic bunkering make this one of Fazio’s finest.

The South Course features a parkland style layout with slightly smaller greens and fairways winding through a mature pine forest. Together the courses make Berkeley Hall unique: It is the only private residential club community in the world with two Fazio-designed core golf courses.

The 30-acre Golf Learning Center and Practice Facility at Berkeley Hall is second to none. In addition to having the capacity to replicate and practice virtually any shot imaginable, members enjoy a covered, climate controlled, grassed hitting bay complete with state-of-the-art computerized swing analysis.
